i was a volunteer/unpaid intern(?) at a bookstore on the first floor of some venue/mall and there was a film festival on the ground floor - so i went to check out the film festival and found out everything was extremely expensive there and i couldn't affort going there at all so i went back to the bookstore and jim jarmusch entered!!! (current era) and he was like So you're here for the internship, right? and i was like …i guess??? and he was like Ohh so come with me come with me!! and i was like omg wtf…… and we went to his office (???) the vibe was that he was some kind of professor or university lecturer or sth (he talked to me the exact same way) and we were just talking in his office like What i want to try out during my internship and what i'm expecting from it and if i have any previous experience etc and then we started talking about movies and he said he was a director and i was like Yea i know lmao!! and he was just very …? on one hand very in character with what he was saying abt movies etc but also very out of character with how he behaved? because how i perceive irl jim jarmusch is that he’s a really chill measured unbothered almost boring person but in this dream he was acting EXTREMELY neurotic, restless, scatterbrained etc like he kept saying Oh oh but first have to go here- Oh and i have to do this i forgot- Oh and i need you to help me with this- Oh and then- etc…???? i think my dream brain modeled him after my thesis supervisor (lol) and also MYSELF obviously i was really like Wowww jarmusch is just like meeeee (even though irl he unfortunately wouldn’t be) but he rly kept saying Yes yes we need to do this and then you will help me with this and we have to go there and then go to that place as well- and i was just like Omgomg yes okay ofcourse……..!!! and we were just doing his errands??? and going to some random places and i was carrying some books for him and helping him with some stuff and i rly felt like Omfg….So special…. but i was also in a pair with some other student(?) and we were split so that one person is at the festival and one person is in the bookstore and then we were supposed to switch - and jarmusch was like Well let’s go check out the festival, no? I have to go there anyways :) and it was genuinely a proper Fancy film festival with journalists and formal dress and banquets and red carpets and formal mingling with wine glasses in hand (given out by butlers on black circular trays of course) …. but we entered the festival room just Me… and next to me Jim Jarmusch… and that was genuinely THE best moment of my dream life EVER just like… everyone turned their heads towards us and were like Oh wow that's jim jarmusch…! and i was just standing there in my head going .Mhm..I know!!!!!! i'm with him!!! i just felt like THE most fancy person of all time and he was greeting all these important(?) people and saying like Oh yeah this is my companion etc and i was just like I AM!!!! and just the way they were looking at us it was so…….!!!!!

and then there was also some kind of subplot that i met up with the other person doing the intership (i don't remember anything about them tbh, i don't think it was anyone i know irl) and their supervisor (bc i guess jim jarmusch was my supervisor for the internship??) and we had some money that we were allowed to spend as part of the internship and the other person was like Omg let's go shopping! and i was like Ok i don't think that’s what the money is for but sure! and we went to a mall that looked like the upper floors of šantovka and there were some high fashion stores and the other person’s supervisor was there like I'll just go into these clothing stores and you can go with me since you have the money so let's spend it! And i was like Well i don't rly think this is for me lol and jim jarmusch (who was also there) said Wellll not really for me either, but you know, i do have some designer items... like OK BRO LMAO… but he was also like So if you don't want to go there we don't have to, we can just go somewhere else :) and i was like YES please bro i will literally go anywhere with you……… so we were just walking around the mall and i don't think anything interesting happened after that but just like… I keep thinking about that one moment we arrived at the film festival and all those Heads Turned and they were like That's Jim Jarmusch! and i was like That's right……
